Final update on transaction processing  – 26 July 2024  

We’re pleased to advise remaining transactions from the global systems disruption, on Friday 19 July, are now finalised with transaction processing restored.

We have been assured by our third party providers that the situation was not a security incident or cyber-attack.

With key systems restored over the weekend, processing of transactions has now re-commenced.  Some members may still experience minor delays over the coming days as we finalise all remaining transactions.

An update from legalsuper - 19 July 2024

legalsuper experienced an outage to our online services due to the global systems disruption on Friday 19 July, which affected multiple organisations across a range of industry sectors around the world. We have been advised by our third party supplier that the situation was not a security incident or cyber-attack.

Although key systems have now been restored, further work is required by our 3rd parties, with minor delays to the processing of some transactions expected over the coming few days.

Additionally, we urge you to be vigilant at this time, as there have been reports of an increase in scams seeking to take advantage of the broader situation across many industries at present.
