Super Members

- Nominate legalsuper as fund of choice (please give this form to your employer)
- Letter of compliance (often requested by your employer when you choose legalsuper or transfer an old super fund to legalsuper)
- Change personal details (Superannuation)
- Employment questionaire for members aged 65-74

1. Pension membership application: this form needs to be completed.
2. Member application - Pension consolidation: Only complete this form too if you are transferring funds from other superannuation funds into a legalsuper pension.
